Kalki 2 makers on Deepika and the shooting schedule

Pan India Star Prabhas' sci fi thriller Kalki 2898 AD directed by Nag Ashwin captured the imagination of all. The film's first part entertained all and got tremendous response from the movie lovers and at the box office. The star studded cast of Deepika Padukone, Big B Amitabh Bachchan and others delighted all.

In the meantime, all eyes are on the film's second part. Even as speculation has been on over the Deepika's role and as to when she would join the shoot, the makers maintained a stoic silence. But the producers Swapna Dutt and Priyanka Dutt on the sidelines of IIFA festival in Goa shared the details about Deepika role and the shooting schedules.

Deepika's Contribution and Shooting Details

It is known that Deepika and Ranveer Singh were blessed with a baby girl early this year. Swapna and Priyanka revealed how Deepika shot for her role even during pregnancy in the first part. Swapna and Priyanka revealed that they have completed 35% of the film shoot and currently pre production is in full swing and all this happened while shooting the first part.

They revealed that they haven't locked the fresh dates for the shooting and added that they would resume shooting from either February or March next year.
