Darshan Thoogudeepa Murder Trial Continues as Victim Wife Welcomes Baby Boy

In a poignant development, Sahana, the wife of late Renukaswamy, has given birth to a baby boy amidst the ongoing murder trial of Kannada actor Darshan Thoogudeepa and his associate Pavithra Gowda. Renukaswamy was brutally murdered on June 9, and his body was found near a stormwater drain in Bengaluru's Sumanahalli region.

Sahana, who was five months pregnant at the time of Renukaswamy's death, delivered a healthy baby boy at Kirti Hospital in Chitradurga on Wednesday. Both mother and child are reportedly doing well. Renukaswamy's father, Kashinathaiah, expressed his gratitude to the doctors and hospital staff, saying, "It feels like Renukaswamy is born again."

The murder trial of Thoogudeepa and Gowda continues, with their bail pleas recently rejected by the 57th CCH court in Bengaluru. The two actors, along with others, were arrested in connection with Renukaswamy's murder, allegedly triggered by inappropriate messages sent to Gowda. Only two of the six accused, Ravi Shankar and Deepak Kumar, have been granted bail.

As the trial unfolds, Thoogudeepa has been moved from Bengaluru Central Prison to Ballari Prison following controversy over his treatment in custody. The case has sparked widespread attention, and the public awaits justice for Renukaswamy's family.
