Pawan Kalyan, the Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, is juggling his political responsibilities with his film commitments, leaving producers eagerly waiting for him to wrap up his projects. With four films still pending completion, Pawan has finally resumed shooting for "Hari Hara Veera Mallu" in Vijayawada, after taking a brief break due to his political obligations. He's expected to rejoin the sets this weekend and finish the film without any further interruptions. According to sources close to the unit, the film is slated to wrap up by November 8, 2024, with post-production already underway at a brisk pace.

Directed by Krish Jagarlamudi and A. M. Jyothi Krishna, "Hari Hara Veera Mallu" is a historical action-adventure film set in the 17th century Mughal Empire. Pawan Kalyan plays the titular role of Veera Mallu, a freedom fighter, alongside Bobby Deol as Aurangzeb and Nidhhi Agerwal as Panchami. The film's music is composed by M. M. Keeravani, and it's scheduled to release on March 28, 2025, after multiple delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and Pawan's political commitments.

The film's production has been plagued by delays, with Krish Jagarlamudi initially at the helm. However, due to the prolonged delays, he has walked out, and the remaining portions are being directed by A. M. Ratnam's son, Jyothi Krishna. Despite the challenges, the film's team is working diligently to meet the new release date.
