Gunasekhar Unveils Glimpse of "Euphoria": A Stark Look at Drug Culture and its Consequences

Following the box office disappointment of "Shakuntalam", director Gunasekhar is back with a bold new project titled "Euphoria". This film takes a hard-hitting look at the prevalent drug culture amongst youth, exploring its impact on their lives, relationships, and society as a whole.

The recently released glimpse offers a stark glimpse into the world of "Euphoria". The film showcases the intoxicating allure of party culture, vibrant nightlife, and the influence of westernized trends on today's youth. However, it doesn't shy away from the darker side, highlighting the dangers of drug abuse, including the tragic consequences of rape that occur under the influence.

"Euphoria" features a predominantly fresh cast with 90% of the actors making their cinematic debut. Gunasekhar has meticulously prepared his cast through an intensive acting workshop, ensuring authentic and impactful performances. Veteran actress Bhumika Chawla plays a significant role, while other prominent actors include Sara Arjun, Nassar, Rohith, Vignesh Gavireddy, Likhita Yalamanchili, Addala Prudhviraj, Kalpa Latha, Sai Srinika Reddy Ashrita, and Mathew Varghese.

The glimpse has already generated significant buzz thanks to its raw portrayal of the drug culture and Kaala Bhairava's evocative background score, further enhanced by vibrant cinematography. "Euphoria", produced by Guna Team Works, is currently 60% complete and is expected to be a powerful and thought-provoking film.
