Pushpa 2: Fahadh Faasil’s Villainous Turn Takes Center Stage as Shoot Resumes in Hyderabad

The highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster Pushpa, Pushpa: The Rule, is gearing up for a December 6, 2024, release, and filming is progressing rapidly in Hyderabad's Ramoji Film City.

Currently, the focus is on Fahadh Faasil's character, the menacing antagonist who promises to create havoc in Pushpa's life. The Malayalam superstar has dedicated significant dates to the film and is shooting non-stop to bring his formidable villain to life.

A source close to the production revealed that Fahadh had previously allocated a large block of dates, but scheduling issues led to a slight delay in filming. However, things are now back on track, and the team is working at a fast pace to ensure the December release date is met.

The film's lead actor, Allu Arjun, who had taken a break to travel abroad, has now returned and resumed shooting alongside Fahadh. Director Sukumar is overseeing the action, ensuring that the sequel lives up to the phenomenal success of its predecessor.
