Prithviraj Sukumaran Bought His Second Property In Mumbai

Malayalam actor, director, and producer Prithviraj Sukumaran has made a significant investment in his real estate portfolio. His production company, Prithviraj Productions Private Limited, has acquired a luxurious duplex apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill locality for ₹30.6 crore. Located in the elite Narain Terraces residential complex in Bandra (West), the property spans 276 square meters (2,971 square feet) and includes four car parking spaces.

According to reports, the property deal was finalized in September 2024, with a stamp duty of ₹1.84 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000. This is not Prithviraj's first property in Pali Hill, as he and his wife, Supriya Menon, already own a luxury apartment in the same locality, valued at ₹17 crore. The area has become a hub for celebrity homes, with recent purchases made by Ranveer Singh, Triptii Dimri, KL Rahul, and Athiya Shetty.

Prithviraj's impressive career in Indian cinema is marked by notable performances in films like Ennu Ninte Moideen, Lucifer, Ayyappanum Koshiyum, and Mumbai Police. His contributions have earned him several awards. Recently, his film The Goat Life, written, directed, and co-produced by Blessy, grossed over ₹160 crore, becoming the third-highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time. The film is now streaming on Netflix.
