Mahesh Babu: Puri Jagnnath Vs Trivikram

Most positive point in the movie of ‘Khaleja’ is Mahesh Babu’s changed style of action, dialogue delivery and the ease with which he timed the comic one liner punches of Trivikram. All over the movie, his body language was in a lighter mode and thanks to simple one liners penned by Trivikram Srinivas, what he is known for.

Mahesh in most of his previous movies struck to roles which are most settled and underplayed in characterization. It was only with ‘Pokiri’ that Mahesh used typical Uttarandhra mass slang; obviously Puri Jagganath hailing from the same geography has shown his regional feeling. After a long time same such regional aspect was seen in ‘Khaleja’ where in Mahesh was seen rendering the punches with Godavari slang, again Trivikram being a Godavaraite.

As Puri’s ‘Pokiri’ is a blockbuster sensation; ‘Khaleja’ too is traveling on the same BO range. Now, one has to see who will give Mahesh, the biggest hit of his career? Will it be Puri’s ‘Uttarandhara’ slang of Pandu Gadu or Trivikram’s ‘Godavari’ slang of Seetharama Raju.
