The Telugu Desam party has decided to move closer to people by organizing a mass contact programme &lsquo;Palle Palleku Telugu Desam&rsquo; from October 10.
According to details emerging from the Telugu Desam Party politburo meeting convened at NTR Trust Bhavan under the chairmanship of its president N Chandrababu Naidu, the party took a decision to raise the issue of neglect of people during the last six years of Congress rule in the &lsquo;Palle Palleku&rsquo; programme.
The party will primarily focus on alleged irregularities in dubious land dealings of APIIC-Emmar, Jalayagnam works and farmers problems during the programme.
The TDP president will cover the entire state as part of this programme. The TDP feels the programme would help the party leadership to gain first-hand knowledge of the people&rsquo;s problems and strengthen the party base among people.&nbsp;
The party also made it clear that TDP was not against formation of Telangana state. &ldquo;The TDP is encouraging its party cadre to respect the sentiments of Telangana people,&rdquo; Mr Naidu is believed to have told the party politburo.
&ldquo;Some vested interests have been targeting TDP and projecting that it was against Telangana,&rdquo; he is believed to have said.

The Congress High Command on Tuesday suspended Pradesh Congress Committee secretary Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, considered a staunch loyalist of Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy from the party for anti-party activities.
The High Command issued suspension orders and issued a show-cause notice to Mr Reddy, seeking explanation within seven days for his recent remarks in support of the Kadapa MP.
PCC president D Srinivas issued the suspension orders following the directions of High Command.
The High Command also suspended Mr Reddy from the primary membership of the party.
Mr Reddy is the second leader after PCC general secretary Ambati Rambabu from the YS Jaganmohan Reddy group who has been suspended.
The suspended leader had reportedly said that any move to sideline YS Jaganmohan Reddy would weaken the party and it would have a serious impact on the future of the party.
Mr Reddy&rsquo;s most critical comments was that he had charged the Rosaiah administration of indulging in a &lsquo;witch hunt&rsquo; of the family members of former chief minister late YS Rajasekhara Reddy after his tragic demise.
Reacting to his suspension, Mr Reddy termed the decision as unwarranted and hasty.
He also wondered if extending support to Odarpu yatra of Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy was wrong.
The Congress leader also said that the suspension order would not deter him and it would not have any negative impact on the Odarpu yatra. Mr Reddy assured the supporters of the Kadapa MP that the Odarpu yatra will continue as people voluntarily participating in it.
&ldquo;I have not made any statements against the High Command and the Chief Minister. I don&rsquo;t know why they suspended me,&rdquo; he wondered.&nbsp;
He said that he would elaborate on the subject after receiving the copy of the suspension orders.
Protesting his suspension, Congress activists staged a dharna in front of District Congress Committee office in Nellore wearing black badges.
The activists also locked the DCC office demanding revocation of the suspension orders.

There is not a single scene in the film that generated interest among movie lovers. Everything turned out to be a tedious watch. Even the so called comedy scenes looked forced and senseless. The romantic track turned out to be another weak point and the entire second half which revolves around finding the missing bison, is redundant with repetitive scenes testing the patience of the viewers. All the interesting elements in The entire first half failed in the execution and everything turned bland.Many expected the second half to be better and save the day. However much to the disappointment , it turned even worse. The unraveling of the twists in the complex mission looked illogical and are bereft of interesting twists and thrills.The pre climax and climax are stretched to the maximum and it became a painful watch on the screen. None of the scenes excite viewers turning the entire experience into a disappointing affair.Sam.CS has tuned music. The film has no songs and the background music didn't add value to the narration. The background music left a lot to be desired. In fact it looked out of sync and outdated. Altogether it ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The cinematography of George C Williams is good. There are many unnecessary characters and the flat narration and uninspiring execution played the spoil sport. The flashback episodes undoes all the good intentions. In this film, the age gap is reduced to just around 13 years unlike in Vishwanath &amp; Sons where it was more than 20 years.Right from the start till the finish, Girish AD included many scenes and hilarious elements to bring smiles and create a laughing riot in the theatres. The first half sails through smoothly with racy screenplay and sets the stage for the second half. However the second half falls apart with slow narration. He spent time with silly comedy scenes and romantic scenes and brings an end to the proceedings with the bold song setting the tone for the second half.While the first half is full of youthful romantic elements, the second half is filled with few thrills. Couple of scenes that come with twists may surprise common viewers but those who are used to watch such films find them predictable. But once those twists are revealed it is just a matter of time as to how the proceedings are brought to a logical conclusion.The first half filled with romantic and bold scenes is in complete contrast to the second half filled with couple of twists. There are many female actresses but none of them got a powerful role to make an impact. Geetu Mohan Das tried to attract viewers with brother sister relationship, father -son sentiment and many romantic elements but everything looks disjointed and ended up testing the patience of all and irritating them.Even when people wait patiently praying for the end, they will get another shock in the pre climax and climax with psychological elements. The story has many threads but none of them are answered in a convincing manner and few of them despite the lengthy runtime left unanswered and the screenplay turned ridiculous to the core. The direction turned out to be a huge disappointment. The script turned out to be lackluster. Dialogues are just ok and dubbing made the matters worse.Geetu Mohan Das completely failed to do justice to the stardom of Yash and his character turned listless and aimless on the screen. When the main character itself turned out in this way, one can imagine the characterisation of other roles. What surprises all is that the director did not include a female lead in the film. He showed the female character as the sister to the three main characters.The dialogues are entertaining and natural, and none of them look forced and out of sync. The interval bang is done well turning the first half into a decent one. The second half continues in the same manner, and the screenplay and narration goes in a smooth and sedate manner.However for all the positives, the director after highlighting the conflict point and establishing it quite well, ends the film in a flat manner, disappointing all.The cinematography of SVK showed the Hyderabad old city vibes in a natural and realistic way. He used the camera angles to perfection and showed the nightlife and also the day hustles quite well and in an effective manner.The background score of Smaran Sai is good and complemented the proceedings, adding value to the narration. He came up with foot-tapping songs highlighting the old city culture and Deccani flavor. The editing of Rohit Penumasta is ok but could have been better, as there are a few drags that slowed the pace of the narration. However, in between, he loses steam, but still, the first half ends on a decent note, setting the tone for the second half.He continues in the same manner in the second half but adds a few more intense emotional elements. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters. MAASTARS who is coming up with regular welfare activities for underprivileged has successfully conducted the auction of ‘Axe’ that was used by Balakrishna in the movie ‘Simha.’ Garikapati Venkat, Jitendra Atluri hailing from New Jersey won it for Rs.5 Lakhs through the bidding process at AP Film Chamber, Hyderabad. Funds raised by this auction would be spent for the welfare of old artists.
Balakrishna, Director Boyapati Srinu, Paruchuri Prasad, Sekhar Sunkara were present at the occasion. Earlier to this event Junior NTR’s ‘Adurs’ costumes and Ramcharan’s ‘Magadheera’ costumes were also auctioned for good price by MAASTARS.
