Renowned filmmaker SS Rajamouli, known for his blockbuster hits like the "Baahubali" series and "RRR," has a tradition of attending early morning screenings of highly anticipated films at the prestigious Prasad IMAX theatre. However, for the grand premiere of "Kalki 2898 AD," Rajamouli opted for a change of scenery, choosing to watch the sci-fi epic with his family at the popular AMB Cinemas, owned by Mahesh Babu and the Asian Group.

The star director, accompanied by his wife Rama, son Karthikeya, brother M.M. Keeravani, and other family members, surprised many by choosing AMB Cinemas for the early show. This unexpected decision has fueled speculation about the reasons behind the shift in preference.

The film is receiving rave reviews, and trade analysts are eagerly watching to see if it will break box office records.

Rajamouli's presence at AMB Cinemas, a theater owned by Mahesh Babu, has added another layer of intrigue to the film's release. The choice of venue suggests a shift in the dynamics of the film industry, with stars and directors exploring new avenues for showcasing their films.
