Nag Ashwin Reveals More About Three World's In Kalki 2898 AD

Kalki 2898 AD movie is set to hit theatres worldwide on 27th June 2024. Now, the makers have started unfolding all the mysteries behind the furturistic sci-fi mythological adventure. In the first episode of prelude, director Nag Ashwin shared about the idea and conceptulisation behind this massive film.

Now, in the episode 2, he talked about the three different worlds created for the movie. He introduced Kashi, the first and last city on earth, with dried up Ganga. People survive in this city as bounty hunters with hopes to reach Complex, in the sky. Complex, possess water, greenery and everything that humans need to survive.

Shambala, the third world in Kalki, Kalki, city named according to Kalkipuranam. In this city, rebels reside who don’t believe in God but have a belief that Vishnu will take avatar to save them and earth as Kalki. Story follows Bhairava, Ashwatthama, Padma and Complex head from these three worlds.

Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, Pasupathy, Rajendra Prasad, Disha Patani are cast in leading roles in the film. The team interacted with media in Mumbai and Amitabh, Kamal bought first ticket of the film at the event. The hype and buzz for the film among movie-lovers is huge going by pre-release sales in USA.
