Nagarjuna cancels Madives trip.Nagarjuna recently revealed his change of holiday plans, citing a shift from the Maldives to Lakshadweep in light of his commitment to spend quality time with his family. The actor, who had originally planned a trip to the Maldives on January 17th, explained that his hectic schedule, encompassing 75 days of continuous work for Big Boss and Naa Saami Ranga, left him with minimal time for family.

In a video alongside composer M M Keeravani, Nagarjuna expressed his decision to join the 'boycott Maldives' campaign, highlighting his reservations about the comments made by Maldives ministers against Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He emphasized that PM Modi is a global leader, respected by a massive population of 1.5 billion people worldwide.

Despite having visited the Maldives several times and being captivated by its picturesque beaches, Nagarjuna decided to cancel his plans, expressing his discontent with the political climate. "Their ministers' comments against our Prime Minister were in bad taste, and they are going to pay a price," he asserted.

On a brighter note, Nagarjuna's film, Naa Saami Ranga, released as a Sankranti special and is receiving an overwhelming response at the box office. This success adds to the actor's professional achievements, complementing his principled stand on matters close to his heart.
