Sai Dharam Tej on life after accident. Following the remarkable success of "Virupaksha" and "Bro" in 2023, actor Sai Dharam Tej is currently immersed in his lineup of films for 2024. Recently, he participated in a round table meet alongside Sruthi Haasan, Sriya Saran, Shobhu Yarlagadda, and Tharun Bhaskar, and his words during the discussion garnered widespread attention.
Sai Dharam Tej opened up about the highs and lows of his life, notably delving into a life-threatening accident he had faced. Reflecting on life's challenges, he remarked that it has a way of pushing you down only to lift you back up again.
Addressing the question of whether the success of the hit film "Virupaksha" felt sweeter due to the preceding accident, he shared, "The period following my accident was actually the sweetest. Waking up from a coma and seeing all the supportive messages from people brought immense happiness to me, surpassing even the success of 'Virupaksha'. I feel the overwhelming support from various circles of people after the accident and the recovery period was the true success."
Sai Dharam Tej also touched upon his close bond with Pawan Kalyan and their shared love for Lego toys. "My younger uncle Pawan Kalyan loves playing Lego. He used to invite me to play with Lego, fostering a special bond between us. Till date, we both love and play Lego. Also, like I earlier said, my mom still gives me money to buy Lego," added Tej.
Discussing the craft of filmmaking and the recent trends in the Telugu cinema industry, Tej emphasized the efficiency of storyboarding and shot division, highlighting how these practices contributed to completing tasks in half the expected time during his film "Republic."
