Shruti on her marriage rumours. Shruti Haasan took to her Instagram Stories to dispel recent speculations regarding her marital status with boyfriend Santanu Hazarika. Addressing the rumors that surfaced after Bollywood's well-known personality, Orhan Awatramani, playfully referred to Santanu as Shruti's ‘husband,’ the actress set the record straight.

In a candid message on her Stories, Shruti clarified, "So, I’m not married. For someone who has been open about every single thing, why would I hide this? LOL. So people who don’t know me at all, please calm down.”

Regarding the topic of marriage, Shruti recently shared her perspective, expressing her hesitation towards it at the moment. She candidly stated, "The word marriage scares me a lot. There is so much to it that I really don’t want to think about it. I am happy being with him, doing good work in collaboration with him and having a great time together. Isn’t it better than most marriages?”

Amidst all this, Shruti is currently reveling in the success of "Salaar," where she shares the screen with Prabhas.
