Merry Christmas Trailer Review : Engrossing !

The most-anticipated trailer of Merry Christmas starring Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupati is out. This Sriram Raghavan directorial has been a long wait for movie enthusiasts. The 2-minute-15-second long trailer worth the wait from Andhadhun director. The crazy combination of Vijay Sethupathi and Katrina Kaif looks fresh adding a uniqueness to the narrative. 

Trailer opens with a split screen of one grinding food items while the other is grinding the medicinal tablets. Soon, it moves to a monologue, and later, we see Katrina asking Vijay Sethupati his name. However, things turn upside down when they plan to go on a date on Christmas Eve. 

As the trailer progresses, Sanjay Kapoor is seen making an entry and calling himself a ‘lone wolf.’ Then turns the romantic Christmas night into a deadly hunt and survival game. Though much details weren't revealed, going by the director Sriram Raghavan's ability in twisting screenplay, 'Merry Christmas' is sure to have some strange and unexpected twists thrown around.

Merry Christmas is shot in two languages, Tamil and Hindi, with different supporting actors. The Hindi version co-stars Sanjay Kapoor, Vinay Pathak, Pratima Kannan, and Tinnu Anand, while the Tamil version has Radhika Sarathkumar, Shanmugaraja, Kevin Jay Babu, and Rajesh Williams in the same roles. Ashwini Kalsekar and Radhika Apte will also be seen in cameos. Merry Christmas will hit the screens on 12th January, 2024.
