Lyca Releasing Captain Miller In Overseas

Dhanush's next is a periodic action film Captain Miller which is releasing at a pan India level. The film is based on the real life of Vallipuram Vasanthan aka Captain Miller who was a key member in a revolutionary group LTTE. He is a Sri Lanka Tamilian fought against the governments atrocities. Already released teaser exudes the grand scale of the film.

Latest update about the film is popular production house Lyca has acquired Overseas theatrical rights of Captain Miller for undisclosed rate. It ensures a grand release in overseas on 15th December along with premiers. Earlier this year Lyca was also released Ajith's Thunivu in overseas market and earned profits.

Dhanush has completed shooting his.part for Captain Miller and moved to his other project #D50 which is also directed by him.  Earlier, Priyanka Arul Mohan and John Kokken had wrapped up shooting for their portions, while Nivedhithaa Sathish had recently shared that she has started dubbing for the film.

Captain Miller is backed by Sathya Jyothi Films and also stars Shivarajkumar, Priyanka Mohan, Sundeep Kishan, and John Kokken, among others. Music is scored by GV Prakash Kumar, with Siddharth Nuni as the cinematographer. Captain Miller marks Arun Matheswaran's third directorial and first collaboration with Dhanush. The film is slated to worldwide on 15th December.
