Cheating case on Bholaa Shankar makers.The Hyderabad Nampally Criminal Court has taken action against the producers of the movie 'Bhola Shankar,' registering several cheating cases. 

In a recent press meet in Hyderabad, distributor Battula Satyanarayana (Sathish) disclosed that he paid 30 crore rupees for distribution rights in three states, but was only given rights up to Visakhapatnam. 

Despite their promise to refund the money before the release of 'Bhola Shankar,' the producers ignored him, prompting him to pursue legal action.Satish has filed a 30 crore rupee recovery suit in the Hyderabad Civil Court to reclaim his investment. In parallel, criminal cases have been registered against the producers in the Nampally Criminal Court under various sections, including conspiracy, cheating, and betrayal of trust. 

Advocate Keshapuram Sudhakar stated that ongoing arguments related to civil cases are in favor of Satish, and the court has advised filing a recovery suit, emphasizing that justice is on Satish's side. The accused producers are Anil Sunkara, Ramabraham Sunkara, and Garikapati Kishore of their company.
