Yes, Deepika Padukone is planning to go in for laser assisted tattoo removal to get rid of the design of a flower with the initials RK that was tattooed on the nape of her neck during the times she was on peak of her romance with Ranbhir Kapoor.

Though she covered the tattoo in many of the movies, one of the source reveal that Deepika made her mind this time to remove the tattoo forever. This decision also comes at a time when Deepika is in a happy mood with her new BF Siddharth Mallya.
