No Announcement On Chiranjeevi Birthday ?

Megastar Chiranjeevi has been going through a rough patch both professionally and personally. His latest film Bholaa Shankar directed by Meher Ramesh produced by Anil Sunkara became biggest disaster in Chiranjeevi's career. He is also undergone surgery for his knee injury and is in recovery mode. He was adviced to take complete rest for 45 days. 

During the promotions of Bholaa Shankar, Chiranjeevi announced that his next two films are finalised. One will be directed by Kalyan Krishna while his daughter Sushmitha will produce this comedy entertainer under Goldbox Entertainments. The other will be directed by Bimbisara fame Vasishtha while popular production house UV Creations will bankroll this socio fantasy film. 

While Vasishtha's film is expected to start in November, Chiranjeevi's film with Director Kalyan Krishna was planned to start immediately and release for Sankranthi next year. But, now after the colossal failure of Bholaa Shankar and comments are flooded to stop remakes in this OTT era. Knowing this, as per reports Chiranjeevi is reconsidering this project.

Many close to the project are saying that the official announcement which is expected to beade on his birthday, August 22nd might get delayed. Chiru after revising the subject once again, only if he is fully satisfied will go ahead. Another version which is doing rounds is AR Murugadoss is being considered to do a film with Chiru if this film didn't happen. Earlier Murugadoss directed Chiranjeevi for Stalin and provided story for Tagore.
