Agent Distributor Vizag Satish Banned By Producers Guild For Forgery

It is known that Battula Battula (Vizag Satish) has been involved in a legal tussle with Producer Anil Sunkara regarding Agent distribution rights. Satish bought Agent for entire AP, Telangana and Karnataka areas. But, he claims that he was given only the rights of Vizag area during the release of the film which was bombed at the box office. 

Satish moved court against Anil Sunkara in this regard submitting the Letter of Undertaking to the court. The letter shows it was signed by Garikipati Krishna Kishore of AK Entertainments. Satish went to court asking to stop the release of Bhola Shankar. But the court refused his request.

Things take a turn when Anil Sunkara and his team claim that it is a forgery document which Satish was submitted to the court. Now, Producers Guild decided not to give any film's distribution rights to Satish. The same was informed to all the production houses about his ban. 

Considering all top production houses are a part of Guild, this decision will be strictly followed by all. This makes tough for Vizag Satish. But, he decided to continue his legal battle in court.
