Case filed against Bholaa Shankar. Much to the shock of all, Mega Star Chiranjeevi's Bholaa Shankar is landing in numerous problems just two days ahead of its release. It all started with Mega Star Chiranjeevi's advice to the politicians to concentrate on the development of Andhra Pradesh by getting funds, special status and projects.

These harmless comments are taken seriously by the ruling YSRCP and from then on, they have been attacking Chiranjeevi in the most deplorable terms. In the midst of all this, Battula Satyanarayna, AP film distributor made shocking allegations and approached High Court seeking stay on the film's release.

He in his petition alleged that Anil Sunkara and Garikapati Krishna Kishore cheated him during Agent distribution. He said they have given only the partial distribution of Agent film in Vizag district and thus went back on their agreement though he paid them the full amount. He said though they have taken Rs 30crs from him and promised the distribution rights of their films for five years in the AP,TS, and Karnataka regions, they did not follow the agreement.

He alleged that when he went to their office, they told him that the Agent turned out to be a flop and gave him an undertaking letter and later gave Samajavaragamana distribution rights. He said though he recovered few losses, they promised to clear his remaining amount in 45 days failing which they will give Bholaa Shankar distribution rights.

He said they failed on both fronts and so he decided to approach High Court seeking a stay on the film release. He alleged they cheated many people in such way and in turn filed a cheating case on him. He promised to share more information with the media after the Court verdict today evening.
