Srikrishna Committee member-secretary V K Duggal on Wednesday met Chief Minister K Rosaiah to discuss infrastructure facilities for the Committee office to commence its work in the state.

 The Chief Minister, who was in the company of MLC Indrasena Reddy and Chief Secretary N V Prasad during the discussion, which lasted for about 25 minutes at the Legislative Council conference hall.

The discussion mainly centred round the provision of infrastructure facilities for the Commission office. The Chief Secretary explained the facilities available at the Jubilee hall for the Commission’s office.

He also briefed the facilities at the Marri Chenna Reddy Human Resource Centre, Greenlands Guest House, Begumpet Airport building and other guest houses in the city. 

Duggal said the Commission would take an appropriate decision on the office accommodation at the meeting which will be held on Delhi on Thursday. 

He said the Commission would elicit the opinions of all parties before submitting a report to the Centre. He asked all parties to submit their opinions to Commission within 30 days. The Commission would submit its report after going through the varying conditions in the State, he said adding it needs time to compile the report.
