Sonia, Rahul to tour seven districts of Telangana

Telangana Congress Campaign Committee chairman Damodar Rajanarasimha on Saturday informed that AICC President Sonia Gandhi and Vice-President Rahul Gandhi would participate in the election campaign in Telangana in the last week of April.

Speaking to media persons after chairing a meeting of Campaign Committee along with Mohammad Ali Shabbir, Rajanarasimha said that Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, AICC General Secretary Digvijay Singh and other leaders would tour all 10 districts of Telangana. While Sonia Gandhi will address meetings in four districts, Rahul Gandhi will campaign in three districts.

The Lok Sabha constituencies where Sonia and Rahul Gandhi will participate in campaign include Secunderabad, Karimnagar, Mahabubnagar, Medak, Adilabad, Khammam and Nalgonda. Besides public meetings, they will also address the road shows in these constituencies.
