Varun Tej As Soldier in 2nd Film 'Kanche'

It's all official now. Mega Prince Varun Tej's second film has been titled as 'Kanche'.  He will essay the role of an Indian soldier in this movie. Touted to be a period drama, the movie will be made on the backdrop of second world war, which happened between 1939 and 1945. The formal launch of this movie was held today in Hyderabad. 

This pre Indian Independence story has Pragna Jaiswal in leading lady's role. This Miss India contestant is doing opposite to Abhijit in 'Mirchi Lanti Kurrodu'. Having been impressed by her performance in the movies such as 'Titto MBA', 'Virat', 'A Little Heaven and Me' etc. the makers have roped her in as the female lead of the movie. Krish will be directing this movie while Rajiv Reddy takes up production responsibilities.
