Rewind 2014: Hit and Flop Directors

Following is the list of renowned and star Directors who delivered hits and flops in 2014

HIT Directors: Young and talented director Surender Reddy directed year's biggest blockbuster 'Race Gurram'. Boyapati Srinu with 'Legend', Vikram Kumar with 'Manam', Vamsi Pydipalli with 'Yevadu', Sripriya with 'Drishyam', KS Ravindra with 'Power' Krishna Vamsi with 'Govindhudu Andarivadele', AS Ravikumar Chowdary with 'Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham' VV Vinayak with 'Alludu Seenu', Maruthi with 'Kotha Janta' and Puri Jagannadh with 'Heart Attack' scored successes. Many young and debutante Directors also scored resounding his at the ticket windows.

FLOP Directors: Srinu Vaitla got worst record into his credit delivering year's biggest disaster 'Aagadu'. Sukumar's '1-Nenokkadine', Santhosh Srinivas' 'Rabhasa', Deva Katta's 'Auto Nagar Surya', Sekhar Kammula with 'Anaamika' tasted disaster results at the box office. Most of the senior Directors tasted bitter results. Senior director Dasari's 'Errabassu' bombed at the box office. SV Krishna Reddy's 'Yamaleela 2', Thammareddy Bharadwaj's 'Pratighatana', Kodi Ramakrishna's 'Avataram' were failed miserably at the box office. RGV's three movies failed while he claimed 'Ice Cream' a hit venture.
