Ace director Puri Jagannath changed the range of Telugu cinema and in the process; he too is a changed man now. In a true sense, Puri is these days seen more as a businessman directing the films only for monetary profits and nothing else. There is a continual decline in his standards of film making all the way from ‘Bujjigadu’ till ‘Cameraman Ganga Tho Ram Babu.’ In recent years starting with ‘Nenu Naa Rakshasi,’ the fall is still more rapid.

Producer Bandla Ganesh’s worries and fears on ‘Iddarammayilatho’ project definitely have some sort of justification because the style and grandeur shown on the screen is dominating the substance. In fact the stressed statements from Bunny on ‘Opening Collections’ from Mega Fans at the audio release program will press to increase Ganesh’s heart-beat. Anyways, like all his recent past films…‘Iddarammayilatho’ is also a profitable film at least for Puri.
