Rana becomes Dana Veera Shura Karna!

‘The major force behind selecting this kind of story for my debut movie is my grandfather Rama Naidu. During the days when he was an active politician, I visited his constituency. People in the constituency have poured so much of love on me for the only reason that, my grand father has brought the pipe line of drinking water for them. I almost went into tears listening to their words and I was decided on the same day to debut with a politician’s role with my first movie,’ said Leader Rana attending the meet of Film News Casters Association of Electronic Media.

Result is that Sekhar Kammula and Rana’s team has done the magic and we have seen it through the successful run of ‘Leader.’ Rana also explained his next project ‘Dum Maro Dum’ for which he has even learnt playing the guitar.   
 
One more amazing thing that happened during this meet was about his Telugu speaking abilities. ‘As I was born and brought up in Chennai, my Telugu pronunciation was very bad before Leader. I have attended rigorous Telugu training classes and improved my Telugu to this level and iam happy for that. If you want to have a taste of my Telugu language listen this dialogue…,’ Rana surprised everybody by delivering a lengthy dialogue from the movie ‘Dana Veera Shura Karna’ which made the meet go into standing ovation. Rana even expressed his interest of doing mythological characters for which his body language suits perfect.
