Sekhar Has Done A Good Job

For a director like Sekhar Kammula, there is no need for a special introduction. He proved more than once as an able film maker and left a strong imprint in Tollywood. Till now, all the stories and scripts prepared by Sekhar germinated from his own thoughts and needlessly, they are filled with pure Telugu emotions and attachments. A special mention is necessary about his women empowerment ideology which is showcased in many of his films. Finally, when Sekhar got a pure woman centric project like ‘Anamika,’ it was an easy catch.

However, the problem lied in remodeling the script from original ‘Kahaani.’ More or less Sekhar succeeded in this because ‘Kahaani’ by itself is an intelligent script and changes done would damage the original essence. In such a dangerous situation, Sekhar tried it and today when Telugu audiences are pouring the praises, this is definitely a good job done.
