Finally, Sekhar Take it on Sets

The highly discussed Telugu remake of Hindi hit flick ‘Kahaani’ is now on sets. Though Sekhar Kammula was finalized as director long ago, the amount of time he took in tightening the script to suit the South Indian taste and also in zeroing up of cast and crew raised some doubts among media men. However, now the movie begun its principal shooting in Hyderabad under the joint production of Endemol India, Logline Productions and Select Media Holdings.

‘Kahaani’ of Vidya Balan was a screenplay based heroine centric flick which collected above Rs.100 Crores. This made Sekhar to select this remake and a huge set modeled like Old City of Hyderabad is also erected where in major shooting will be commenced. There are no more clarifications needed as Nayanathara is decided to play the central pregnant lady character named as Anamika. Movie will have a parallel release both in Telugu and Tamil.
