Sridevi frustrates Top Hero's Son

‘Himmatwala’ was a commercial pot boiler starring Jithendra, the top hero of yester generation and most glamorous Sridevi. This movie has done wonderful business nearly two decades ago giving a perfect standing for Sridevi to become the most demanded heroine in B-town. But, one comment by Sridevi recently irked Jithendra’s son Tusshar Kapoor. 

Yes, Sridevi commented that ‘Himmatwala’ is no ‘Mughal-e-Azam’ and there is nothing so great to either talk about this film or its remake. Tusshar quickly reacted, ‘I don’t know why a dignified Sridevi made such a cheap statement for the sake of being sensational. In fact, ‘Himmatwala’ gave her an identity in Bollywood and is one of the biggest hits of her career. It is not good on her part to just run down a movie for no good reason. It is unforgivable for an actor like Sridevi. My dad and Sridevi was a terrific pair in that film,’ Tusshar said to media. Now, what will Tamanna say on this?
