Pathaan surpasses Baahubali2 and KGF2

Pathaan starring Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan is going strong at the box office. Though the film slowed down on Friday being a working day, it collected around Rs 35crs net. In the process, Pathaan surpassed the collections of Baahubali 2 and KGF2 to become the highest-grosser in Bollywood.

Pathaan Movie earned 32 to 36 Crore net estimate in Hindi Version and 34 to 38 Crore estimate All India on its 3rd Day. The film’s three-day collection is expected to be around 160 crore nett. The makers shared that the film collected Rs 219.6crs and the first Hindi film to breach Rs 100 crore worldwide gross box office collection barrier on two consecutive days.”

Director Siddharth Anand shared “Scripting history. Everyone wants it, but one can’t plan it. It just happens. And when it does, it’s actually a very humbling experience. I’m feeling incredibly overwhelmed right now and inspired to get back on the film set and try and create something really special for audiences again. That’s my state of mind,”
