Literally, a mass rampage is going on in the Hindi belt while the film affirms 'Thaggede Le' in all the woods including Telugu states. This is all about the current status of Icon Star Allu Arjun's latest industry hit (non BB) Pushpa we are discussing.
Now that the film is inching towards Rs.100 crore nett in North India, and Rs.30 crore nett in Tamil Nadu, Rs.15 crore nett in Kerala, Allu Arjun has emerged as the new age Pan Indian Star of India.
In connection with the runaway success of Pushpa in all the languages, movie analysts have opined Allu Arjun the self made Pan Indian Star unlike a few other pan Indian stars like Prabhas.
It is a known fact that Rajamouli's Baahubali franchise worked a big time, weaved a magic at the ticket window and made Prabhas's status escalated to Pan India Star range all at one go. As such, Rajamouli has turned an instrumental factor for Prabhas's Pan India stardom.
In a complete contrast, there is no Rajamouli factor behind Allu Arjun's success at pan India level.
It must be recalled that Allu Arjun is not an overnight star at the pan India level. Many of his films in the last decade were dubbed in Hindi and generated record views on Youtube. Some of the dubbed films had accumulated when those films tended to release in theatres in Northern circuit. Perhaps, all these factors indirectly helped Pushpa becoming a huge blockbuster in North India.
