How can a Minister speak on behalf of Mega Star

Andhra Pradesh Minister Perni Nani after the meeting with Tollywood producers made a startling revelations  that Maga Star Chiranjeevi called him from Ooty and apologised to his brother Power Star Pawan Kalyan's attack against their government at the Republic pre release event. He said Chiranjeevi disowned Pawan Kalyan's comments against Ministers and also  for his comments against online ticketing price and theatre occupancy. 

But people and especially mega fans are wondering how can Perni Nani speak for Chiranjeevi when he is maintaining a stoic silence. Suspicion about Perni Nani's press meet and comments on Chiranjeevi is increasing as he is doing so at the same time when Pawan Kalyan was speaking to media at Jana Sena party meeting. 

This many feel is Perni Nani and YSRCP's conspiracy against mega family and paint all is not well between Chiranjeevi and Pawan Kalyan. However, people are able to see through the conspiracy clearly and mega fans feel that conspiracy to divide mega family will not work.
