Icon changing hands?

Allu Arjun's Icon has been announced and launched longtime back. With no updates for a long time, rumours spread that the project was shelved. However, Allu Arjun decided to proceed ahead with Icon after finetuning script sitting with Venu Sriram and after wrapping up the first part of his current project Pushpa.

In the meantime, rumours are spreading that Icon is changing hands. It is known that Dil Raju is producing the film on his Sri Venkateswara Creations banner. Now inside talk is Dil Raju decided to opt-out of the project and the project will be produced by Allu Aravind's Geeta Arts. But another rumour says Dil Raju is not completely out of the project but he and Allu Aravind may jointly produce Icon just like how they produced Allu Arjun's blockbuster film Ala Vaikunthapuramlo.

Allu Arjun is rumoured to be playing the role of a blind man in the film. Since the project is planned at a pan India level, Dil Raju and Allu Aravind decided to join hands and increase its scope.
