Celebrated actress Shruti Haasan is currently working on  Prashanth Neel’s Salaar. For the first time the actress is pairing up with Prabhas and the film is making all kinds of right noises. Meanwhile, Shruti Haasan now made strange comments on her parents divorce.

Kamal Haasan and Sarika got married in 1988 but the duo ended their 16-years of marriage in 2004 sending shockwaves across the filmdom. The actress has now reacted to her parents’ divorce stating that she was glad that they are apart as they were never happy together. 

Shruti added that while they are wonderful parents, they never had a good equation with one another. She was excited that they went on to have separate lives and they are in a more happy space now.
