Power Star Pawan Kalyan's super hit film Vakeel Saab will be streaming from 12 am tonight on Amazon Prime. Producer Dil Raju has reportedly hit a goldmine with the early OTT release of the film.
Previously, Dil Raju inked the deal with the Prime Videos for Rs.14 crore to release the film after 50 days it gets released in theatres.
However, Vakeel Saab's theatrical run has come to an end recently as it was the only film available to watch on all the big screens in the wake of the prevailing pandemic.
Obviously, Dil Raju planned an early OTT release of the film scrapping the previous deal with the OTT giant. As per the new agreement, Vakeel Saab would be streamed on Amazon Prime from 30th of April which is just three weeks post the release of the film on silver screen. Dil Raju has received a fatty paycheck worth Rs.12 crore more to that of his previous deal Rs.14 crore.
Though Dil Raju fell into a legal soup with a Gulf distributor with his new deal, he is said to be bailed out of this petty issue quite easily.
Vakeel Saab, which hit screens on April 9, received unanimous positive talk and finally ended as a super hit at the box office with Rs.100 crore worldwide share.
