Shruti Haasan made a good comeback with Gopichand Malineni’s Krack. The multi-hyphenated actress is currently working on Prashanth Neel’s Saalar starring Prabhas. Apart from this, the doe-eyed beauty recently wrapped up Pawan Kalyan starrer Vakeel Saab.
Speaking about the film, Shruti says that Vakeel Saab is a content driven film and a message oriented one. A film which deals with misogyny, women issues among other facets can reach out to masses when it has influential person like Pawan Kalyan, says the Balupu diva.
She says that Pawan has the persona to influence mass and with Vakeel Saab carrying strong message and coming from a Superstar has easy reach out to the masses. Directed by Venu Sriram it is the remake of Bollywood film Pink.
Nivetha Thomas, Anjali and Ananya Nagalla feature in Vakeel Saab which is all set for release eon April 9. The original didn’t star Shruti Haasan’s role, but Venu Sriram adapted Vidya Balan role from the Tamil remake of Pink titled Nerkonda Paarvai.
