Chiru, Prabhas Opts To Same Strategy!

Megastar Chiranjeevi was very slow in his second innings ever since he made comeback to films with Khaidi. The film turned out to be a blockbuster and Chiru then starred in Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy which too ended as a super hit. Presently, Chiranjeevi is doing Acharya under the direction of Koratala Siva and the film has completed only 40 % of the shoot so far.

On the other hand, young rebel star Prabhas also spent years on his last few films. It took five years for him to wrap up Baahubali series. Then, he worked for two years on Saaho. His ongoing film Radhe Shyam is also on sets for nearly couple of years.

Interestingly, both Chiranjeevi and Prabhas have decided to speed up their work. They signed three films each in recent times and all of them are expected to go on floors in 2021 and will be shot simultaneously.

Prabhas will be doing films with Prashanth Neel, Om Raut (Adipurush) and Nag Ashwin. All the three films will start rolling in 2021. Prabhas is expected to do these films simultaneously.

Chiranjeevi has films with Meher Ramesh (Vedalam remake), VV Vinayak (Lucifer remake) and Bobby. While Meher Ramesh along with his writing team has already completed script work and even got nod from Chiru, VV Vinayak is still working on Lucifer remake script. And Bobby too is ready with full script.

Ii is learnt that, Chiru wants to start all these films in 2021. However, he may allocate call sheets only after wrapping up Acharya.

This is a welcoming decision of both Chiru and Prabhas to do multiple projects at a time which will provide work to hundreds of cine workers!
