Dil Raju, Suresh Babu, Allu Aravind, UV Creations are encouraging newcomers. However, Ram Charan made it clear that he established Kondela Production Company only to make high budget films. He stated that he will do films with his father Megastar Chiranjeevi.

But recently he has changed his mindset. While making big movies, he is also thinking of giving a chance to new talent. Charan is planning to make a small budget film. Although he is busy as a hero, Charan takes care of his own production house. With Charan not having time to focus on his career, many other producers are trying to make films with Chiru. However, there are rumors that Charan will get busy as a producer.

Some say Ram Charan has taken this decision to strengthen his Konidela Productions. He is planning to do films not only with mega family heroes but also with other stars. He is coming up with new strategies and under the lockdown, he listened to a lot of good scripts from young directors. He is now planning to give an opportunity to all of them in the coming days.
