Is He The First Pan India Superstar?

Nowadays heroes are competing with each other to become pan India stars. Young Rebel Star Prabhas became the pan India star with ace director SS Rajamouli's Baahubali and other Tollywood stars keen to emulate him.

But what many doesn't know is 50 years back itself Tollywood star became a pan India star. Producer G Adhi Sehshagiri Rao said Superstar Krishna showed Tollywood power to Pan India film 50 years back.

Superstar Krishna set many trends in Tollywood and he starred in cowboy film Mosagallaku Mosagadu inspired by Hollywood classic Mackenna’s Gold. The film created a sensation in Tollywood.

Adi Seshagiri Rao who produced the film with his brother Krishna, speaking on the occasion of the film completing 50 years said Mosagallaku Mosagadu became the first pan India film and Krishna became first Pan India Star.

Mosagallaku Mosagadu was India's first cow boy film released not only in Telugu but also in English, Spanish, Russian, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, and a few more languages.
