Janasena president Power Star Pawan Kalyan has a great track record in solving people's issues. Previously, he put pressure on TDP and YSRCP governments to ensure many problems faced by the people solved.
With the outspread of coronavirus epidemic, a big number of fishermen were struck at Chennai harbour. Learing their hardships, the Janasena chief wrote a letter to Tamil Nadu CM to solve the issue.
Having taken prompt action the TN CM tweeted, "Srikakulam-40, Kakinada-4 & Odisha-6, in total 50 fishermen are in Chennai harbour. Others from Nellore have deboarded at Nellore-Krishnapattinam harbour. We are expecting 300+ fishermen from other states predominantly from Andhra to reach in the coming days from Deep Sea (1/2) Four community halls for accommodation and other amenities have been arranged for taking care of them. All of them are healthy, safe and secure in Tamilnadu!"
Now that Pawan Kalyan's efforts worked a big time to bail out of the fishemen's woes, Telangana governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan tweeted, "@PawanKalyan garu your efforts to voice the sufferings of AP fishermen from Srikakulam District stranded in Chennai harbour area due #lockdown for corona virus threat with @CMOTamilNadu and his prompt response to help them both laudable good will gestures.God bless your efforts."
"I am humbled by your message Madam Governor Hon.@DrTamilisaiGuv ; your kind message encourages me to stand by helpless people more in the future. I would like convey my heartfelt thanks to @CMOTamilNadu through you," Pawan Kalyan replied.
