2014, 2015, 2016 Nandi Awards Announced

The AP Government has announced Nandi Awards for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 today. Since the government hasn't announced Nandi Awards post the state's division, they conferred the awards for three consecutive years.

Manam movie has been adjudged the best film for 2014 while Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna was conferred best actor award for Legend while Anjali has been picked up for best actress award for her performance in Geethanjali. Boyapati Srinu was declared the best director for Legend. BN Reddy award will be bagged by SS Rajamouli.

Baahubali was conferred best film award for 2015 while Prince Mahesh Babu was adjudged best actor for Srimanthudu. Anushka will be given away best actress award for her performance in Size Zero. SS Rajamouli won best director award for Baahubali. The film also created a sensation winning awards in 14 categories.

2016's best film award goes to Pelli Choopulu while best director award was conferred to Sathish Vegesna for Shatamanam Bhavati. Young Tiger NTR was chosen for best actor award for his performances in Naannaku Prematho and Janatha Garage. Reethu Var,a has been declared best actress for Pelli Choopulu. 

Megastar Chiranjeevi won prestigious Raghupathi Venkaiah award for 2016. The same award was coferred to Krishnam Raju and Eeshwar for 2014 and 2015.

NTR national award was conferred to Kamal Haasan, K Raghavendra Rao and Rajinikanth for the years 2014, 2015 and 2016 respectively.
