Baahubali 2, Rajamouli's magnum opus, lands in huge controversy in Karnataka state and the release of the film turns merely doubtful. According to the reports, Karnataka Rakshana Vedike called for a state bandh tomorrow seeking apologies from Satyaraj to Kannada people.
Sathyaraj made controversial remarks on Kauvery waters which made Kannadigas hurt to the core. As his comments rubbed wrong side of them, Karnataka Rakshana Vedike activists found it a right time to get apologies from Sathyaraj.
Reportedly, Kannada activists staged protests in front of multiplexes wherein 'Baahubali 2' is supposed to be released on 28th of this month. It's also learnt that the agitators warned exhibitors not to screen the film until Sathyaraj tenders apologies on his derogatory words.
However, entire team of 'Baahubali 2' including Sathyaraj have been nonplussed with such a chaotic situation at the time of film's release. If at all Sathyaraj really apologizes to Kannadigas, obviously, protests, then, will begin in Tamil Nadu. Altogether, Rajamouli appeared to have been sandwiched between Karnataka and Tamil people's protests. Let's hope, team 'Baahubali 2' will get lot of strength to face this dire situation and to check the problem with wise decisions.
