Chiranjeevi’s 150th and Balakrishna’s 100th are two important films releasing around the same time. Before the grand film releases, the best of pre release buzz can happen through audio. Yes, success of audio can be treated as 50% of success for the main film. Thus ‘Gauthami Puthra Satakarni’ and ‘Khaidi No 150’ have become two important albums, both common audience and music lovers are waiting for.

Till now, ‘KN 150’ has got two songs… one is the mass track ‘Kummude’ and second is ‘Sundari’ with catchy lyrics while the third melody will be out tomorrow. While the film has five songs, four are said to be of Devi Sri Prasad trademark tunes meant to cater Mega Fans. Yet, the final verdict is out. ‘Ammadu Lets Do Kummudu’ will be best in album.

In contrast to DSP, the path followed by director Krish and music composer Chirantan Bhatt is different. Five out of five songs in ‘Gauthami Puthra Satakarni’ are brilliantly written by Shastri Garu and intelligently composed by Bhatt. Rather GPSK album is a literary treasure with right mix of pure Telugu and Sanskrit which will stand out tall in current Telugu cinema music with degrading standards. The spirit of a warrior and times of Satakarni are righteously imbibed.
