Chiranjeevi’s comeback into main stream commercial cinema with his 150th flick ‘Khaidi No 150’ made industry and audience to eagerly wait for the release. To all our known information, this flick directed by VV Vinayak starring Kajal Agarwal as heroine is a direct remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Kathi.’ Producer Ramcharan devoted maximum time during pre production works locking best technicians and star artists into prestigious project.  

What’s strange is, majority of these artists and technicians went dew-eyed receiving the call from Konidela Production house and none of their remunerations are said to be officially locked in advance. In the wake of demonetization effect, all production houses are evidently facing a cash crunch and the situation at Konidela Production is also same.

With release date falling nearby and production, post production activities progressing smoothly; production controllers working on project have informed artists and technicians about final package they can possibly afford. Apparently, there was a significant slash in their respective salaries and none of them had a complaint because they are emotionally charged with the name of Mega Star Chiranjeevi and his 150th. So, that's how Ramcharan is getting best out of his team at cheaper price.

One has to wait and see, whether Charan and other Mega heroes adopt the same wage principle if any of the outside producers chop their paycheques due to same demonetization.
