Jayammu, Successful Experiment!

Telugu audience always welcomed those films made on new lines. After the likes of Bapu, Vamsy; here comes Shiva Raj Kanumuri belonging to the school of Priyadarshan and Ram Gopal Varma debuted into Tollywood as a director of new taste with ‘Jayammu Nishchayammu Raa’ released in the last week. Comedian turned hero Srinivas Reddy and Poorna formed the main casting supported by a big lot of comedian batch.

JNR enjoyed decent reviews from critics, positive reactions from audience and reportedly all these are reflected at ticket counters as movie grossed approximately Rs. 3.7 Crores gross till first weekend. Producers Shiva Raj Kanumuri and N Krishna Reddy are engulfed with appreciatory messages and positive Box Office reports because experimental films made with inspiration from novels rarely enjoy a successful recognition.

As CJ cracked long back, JNR is inspired from Rachakonda Vishwanatha Shastry’s ‘Alpa Jeevi’ novel which deals with journey of an introvert turning into a self confident winner in life.
