Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej's ongoing film 'Winner' stands the best among the star's films in terms of its budget. The makers are said to be bankrolling huge budget on this interesting project. 

It is a known fact that the film unit left for Ukraine to shoot some key scenes and a couple songs in the country. We have been told that the cinematographer Chota K Naidu captured beautiful scenes in picturesque locales. Besides, the film unit will shift to Turkey soon to can some more crucial scenes of the film. 

'Winner' film is said to be an inspiration from Megastar Chiranjeevi's then blockbuster 'Vijetha'. The film has Rakul preet Singh in heroine's role. Sai plays a fashion designer while Rakul will be seen as an athlete in this Gopichand Malineni's directorial venture. Tagore Madhu and Nallamalupu Bujji are the producers.
