That’s Majnu Downfall!

Despite getting abnormal ratings from a section of critics, the actual colors of ‘Majnu’ are getting visible slowly. Except Nani’s omnipresence in the film, there is nothing coming in handy for the film. If reports from overseas trade circles are to be considered, ‘Majnu’ is clearly falling in revenues day by day. Especially, Sunday has been dismal.

After raking a below par figure $ 58,369 on Thursday from premiere shows, Friday and Saturday were promising with $ 109,591 and $ 148,550 reported. However, Sunday was a shocker because approximately $50K is unofficially reported taking overall total to $ 366,510. 

Apparently, all the recent releases from Nani have does better than this flick with above $400K reported by weekend. On a relative scale, this should be called as the beginning of downfall for ‘Majnu’ in the US. From Monday, it will be working days and gross numbers are likely to slide down. In domestic market too, a similar trend is reported.
