Can Nagarjuna Answer These Questions On Nirmala Convent?

The last week released new film ‘Nirmala Convent’ had many big names associated with it. Nimmagadda Prasad and Nagarjuna produced it introducing hero Srikanth’s son Roshan as hero and child artist Shriya Sharma as heroine. The teenage love story set in a village backdrop is directed by debutant Naga Koteshwara Rao.

After a pretty weak first half, the film’s second half is all about Roshan’s challenge to win a game show hosted on the lines of MEK. Nag hosting the show with a challenging 10 questions are also not engaging. A vivid cinema lover and hardcore Nagarjuna Fan discussed few questions with us which are worth acceptable. This is something like MEK with Nag in hot seat.

1. How unfair is it on the part of producers and director to show a school going heroine in glamorous avatar with alluring skin show? It was excruciating to see Shriya Sharma oozing oomph.

2. How far is it good on the part of prestigious banner like Annapurna Studios to produce and promote a movie with merely no message or in fact a content intended to spoil the school going tender kids in the name of love and marriage at school age?

3. Is Nirmala Convent, a teenage love story or school love story?  What message the makers are giving to school-going students? It is worth condemnable to call the entire narration as infatuation with no purity at love.

4. With no heart touching emotions for elders and children to connect with, what made Nagarjuna to take up this project?

5. Audiences generally believe in King Nagarjuna movies as clean family entertainers. Is Nirmala Convent worth to watch with family members? If so, what should be the answer if kids ask about lyrics and visuals in ‘Okkasari O Muddu?’

6. How great was it on the part of Nagarjuna to promote this movie for trade sake attracting the audience and of course buyers too?

7. Nirmala Convent more looked like a promotional platform for Nagarjuna’s game show Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu and Akkineni family but never like a movie.

Finally, Srikanth and Ooha made a wrong choice to introduce their son Roshan as hero. Both critical and box office response for ‘Nirmala Convent’ is evidence of how bad film they made.
