Dasari Doubtful After This Failure!

Producer Dasari Kiran Kumar hasn’t tasted any success till date in film industry. His movies like ‘Ram Leela’ and presently ‘Siddhartha’ have been branded as colossal failures. Looks like, Dasari hasn’t got any peculiarity in picking artists, scripts and directors. However, he invested more than what works on fresh faces and results are pretty much in front of us.

‘Siddhartha’ introducing ‘Mogali Rekulu’ fame RK Naidu aka Sagar as hero released in the last turned out to be a disaster at the ticket window. Collections for the weekend are also said to be dismal. Before the release of ‘Siddhartha,’ they made an official statement that Sagar would be working on their Ramadoota banner for second film titled ‘Hari,’ in police and action backdrop.

Going by weaknesses in Sagar exposed with ‘Siddhartha,’ we heard that ‘Hari’ might be put on backburner. Apparently, there is a paradigm shift in Telugu audience mindset. They prefer more of thriller stuff like ‘Raju Gari Gadi, Karthikeya’ or lighter vein rom-coms like ‘Pelli Choopulu, Jyo Achyuthananda,’ made in calculated budgets. There are valid doubts for Dasari before starting his second with Sagar.
