Is Shriya a Right Choice for Balayya?

The first schedule of 'Gauthamiputra Satakarni' was successfully wrapped up in Morocco recently and the film unit was back to Hyderabad. On the other side, Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna is touring the US to celebrate his birthday amidst his fans there. 

Suspense continued on the heroine of the film, even after the first schedule of 'Satakarni' was wrapped up till yesterday. Names of many heroines made rounds such as Nayantara, Ileana and Shriya. Finally, the makers have chosen Shriya for the most crucial princess role in the movie. Some observers felt Shriya is a super senior and she might not be an apt fit for the role while others defend Shriya looks gorgeous even today and she deserves to essay the princess role in the film. Earlier, Balakrishna and Shriya were seen in 'Chennakesava Reddy'.

It is a known fact that veteran Bollywood's heroine Hema Malini was roped in to sport Balakrishna's mother 'Gauthami's role in this historical entertainer. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music of the movie. Krish is directing this film on his own banner First Frame Entertainment. The movie is scheduled for release on the day of Sankranthi, 2017.
